Our Services
Three services, each with a clear purpose
From a single afternoon session to a full archive project, Trustmoor's services are deliberately scoped so you know exactly what you are getting.
Back to HomeHow We Approach Each Engagement
Every Trustmoor engagement starts from the same place: understanding what the client actually has, what they need to know, and what structure would serve them best. From there, the work is scoped carefully and agreed in writing before anything begins.
We do not impose a single template on every situation. A family with a modest collection of documents needs something different from a family office managing decades of records. Our three services reflect three meaningfully different situations — and within each service, the content is adapted to the specific context.
All work is reviewed before delivery. Where official guidance is referenced, it is checked for currency. And if a question falls outside the scope of what we offer, we say so clearly and point to where better help can be found.
Scope agreed in writing
Before any work starts, we confirm what is and is not included — in writing, in plain language.
Reviewed before delivery
Everything we deliver is internally reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Timeline agreed upfront
We set milestones at the start and keep to them, with clear communication if anything changes.
No advice given
All services are informational and organisational. We never give personal legal or financial advice.

Document Toolkit & Templates
A practical toolkit of templates and checklists helping families organise important records themselves. Covers folder structures, labels, and a reference list of commonly requested papers. Ideal for self-starters who prefer to work through things independently.
The toolkit is organisational only and does not include advice. It is designed to be straightforward enough to use without explanation, though we are happy to answer follow-up questions about the materials.
- Folder structure templates and printable labels
- Checklist of commonly requested estate and legacy documents
- Brief explanations of each document category
- Bangkok-adapted content referencing Thai document types
- Delivered within three to five working days
Service 03 — B2B
Family Office Archive Support

This is a documentation and archiving service only. It does not include legal structuring, financial advice, or tax guidance. The output is a well-organised, transferable record structure that any future custodian can continue from without starting again.

- Digitisation planning and format recommendations
- Indexing using a transferable taxonomy
- Timeline and milestones agreed in writing before work begins
- Final handover documentation included
